The Colony.

Just wondering, does anyone watch "The Colony" on Discovery Channel? Its pretty good show, lots of conflict and engineering with whatever is on hand. The basic concept is that a virus outbreak has caused the majority of the world's human inhabitants to die leaving what seems like to the colonists very few still remaining.

Its actually a social experiment grouping up ten volunteers to live in a simulated apocalypse located in downtown L.A. They are completely cut off from the real world and have to believe (or act) like what has happened is real, and they do a pretty good job.

They find an abandoned warehouse/shop that contain around 5 - 7 days of food, water and power. Also scattered around are various tools that they can use to build things that may aid them.

If you haven't watched its rather enjoyable. Run time for each episode is around an hour and new episodes air each Wednesday at 8:30pm on the Discovery Channel. Watch it and talk to me about it.
