Ciaran's 5 Step Hygiene Guide.

Okay, if your wondering how I keep my hair and skin so soft and also how to become a statue of beauty and health like my self (lol) here's my 5 step health and hygiene for keeping clean and staying healthy.

Step 1/ Wash your hair every 2! days, not 1 but 2. The reason why is because washing your hair gets the grease and other dirty stuff out of your hair but also some of the essential oils. Doing it day after day washes away all the oils and takes away pretty much all of the softness.

Step 2/ Its best to take only 1 shower every 2 days but this can change depending what kinda of person you are. eg: If you do a lot of sports, Get dirty a lot etc. This relates to the oil in your skin, if your using to much product it can get dry.

Step 3/ Shave regularly, you may think you look cool with a stache and the ladies may like it but in reality you look like a dirty pedophile.

Step 4/ Use mouthwash. Seriously....this is important,nobody wants to smell your rank breath when your talking to them or heavy breathing you schiz.

Step 5/ Use deodorant every freaking day! OMG! I don't know how many times I walk through the quad and somebody smells like sweaty balls. You disgust me.

Well....I hope this guide helps you to become less of a filthy pedophile.
